The University of Georgia Foundation is committed to supporting the university’s mission through fiduciary care of donated assets and financial support of the university’s teaching, research and public service programs.

Each fall and spring semester, up to 32 University of Georgia students live, work and study in Washington, D.C., through the Washington Semester Program. With the support from the foundation, the program is housed at the UGA in Washington facility, Delta Hall. Learn more →
On the other side of the Atlantic, the foundation has supported the ongoing development of the University of Georgia at Oxford program. Founded in 1989 as a summer study option for a small number of students, Oxford proved to be such a sought-after destination, it was expanded to include spring and summer curriculum in 1994 and to an extensive year-round program in 1999. CURO offers University of Georgia undergraduates the opportunity to engage in faculty-mentored research, regardless of discipline, major or GPA—even students in their first year. Learn more →
The Student Managed Investment Fund provides undergraduates with a unique learning experience through portfolio management, security evaluation and a support network. Students have the opportunity to manage an equity portfolio with capital from alumni and the University of Georgia Foundation. Learn more →
