University System of Georgia Foundation raises more than $900,000 for need-based scholarships

The 15th annual Regents’ Scholarship Gala, hosted by the University System of Georgia (USG) Foundation, raised more than $900,000 to support and provide need-based scholarships for students at all 26 USG institutions.

Elegant Salute Raises Over $300,000 for Georgia Museum of Art

On January 26, Georgia Museum of Art for Elegant Salute, held its biennial fundraiser and raised over $300,000 for the museum. The theme of the event was “An Imperial Evening,” coinciding with the museum’s newest exhibition of Russian art: “The Reluctant Autocrat: Tsar Nicholas II,” on view through March 17.

Peabody Awards raises over $100,000 on Giving Day

Thanks to the support of a number of individuals, Peabody met its goal to raise $50,000 on its inaugural Peabody Giving Day, Nov. 14, 2018. With the addition of a dollar-for-dollar match challenge, the final amount raised exceeded $100,000.
