This spring, the Institute for Leadership Advancement (ILA) is returning to London to develop students’ leadership skills on a global scale through company visits and engagement with local culture. ILA’s core values — purpose, responsibility, integrity, stewardship, and excellence — will come to life not only in the classroom but also abroad.

With the support of generous donors like you, 16 ILA students will be given the invaluable opportunity to experience effective communication and collaboration across cultures, without the financial burden of travelling internationally. No matter the size of your contribution, you will directly support the development of the next generation of leaders.

Our goal is $37,500 for the entire trip.
