Embark Georgia receives additional $1.1 million to expand efforts

The summit assembled top researchers from UGA and Emory University. Richard and Kim Stamper’s generosity made the event possible.

The $44,000 donation benefits UGA Athletics’ Sports Medicine program and the purchase of equipment for rehab and training.
From Athens to Kazakhstan, the Foundation Fellow and 2023 Rhodes Scholar achieves at the highest academic levels.
Donations in fiscal year 2023 created 16 faculty positions, 150+ scholarships, and 300+ endowed funds at the university.
Thanks to their scholarships, five CAES students were able to gain valuable lab and research experience and travel the world.
