UGA Student Affairs Sunshine Fund
Student Care and Outreach Sunshine Fund

The Sunshine Fund was created by UGA parents in 2020 to support the mental well-being of UGA Students. Money from the Sunshine Fund is awarded to students to help them pay for mental health services and/or to mitigate circumstances that may be negatively affecting their well-being.

Let all the Big Dawgs Eat Meal Plan Scholarship Fund

The Let All the Big Dawgs Eat (LATBDE) Food Scholarship was founded in 2014 to help address UGA’s food insecurity crisis. The scholarship supports students who struggle to afford adequate nutrition, allowing them to focus on academic success without worrying about securing their next meal.

Basic Needs

The Student Affairs Fund was established to assist all UGA students. UGA students facing financial hardship in meeting their basic needs require additional support to help them remain enrolled and focused on their academic goals. By addressing these barriers, the Student Affairs Fund ensures that students have the stability needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
